An innovative trust company searching for a young talent who is dedicated to trustee administrative work
Your new role
Assisting with daily and routine trustee company administrative and operations
Administering trust structures and companies and maintaining statutory records
Coordinating compliance filings with the Hong Kong Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department
Supporting cross-border payment workflows and trustee operations
Preparing reports, minutes, and documentation for trustees and beneficiaries
Support KYC and onboarding of trustee clients
Assist and liaise with shareholders’ administrative and operations documentation
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline
3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in private banking or asset management
Basic understanding of KYC, and due diligence processes
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with Hong Kong TCSP regulations, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge
Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus
What you'll get in return
Successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from HKD 20,000 to 40,000 depending on your interview performance and level of experience
