My client is a top-tier investment bank .They are currently searching for talents to support their business in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Responsible for the daily vendor invoice processing and tracking
• Communicate with teams from different divisions including Finance, Expense Management, and Investing team members
• Participate in projects to make suggestions to improvements in the invoice processing process
• Prepare and handle Accounts Payable transactions
• Prepare payment vouchers and related payment matters
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, proactive and efficient with the proven ability to take initiative
• Team player who can work and contribute in a team environment to achieve goals
• Experienced in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with learning new technologies
