This top-tier financial institution provides quality services to customers and corporations around the world. You will be working closely with a group of motivated and hardworking professionals. The HK office is now looking for an experienced Accountant in billing/finance operations to join the team – experience in Securities will be a plus. This role is based in HK.
Your new role
- Support month-end closing and daily financial operations
- Maintain records of payments, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Verify entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Respond to clients’ finance enquiries
- Prepare accounts analysis and produce monthly reports
- Support the improvement of the payment process
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree, in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 1+ Year of experience in AP/Accounting
- Experience in Securities will be a plus
- Good communication skills, stable and mature
- Fluent in English and Chinese
