A global marketing agency from UK is looking for Account Manager in Hong Kong.
Your new role
- Manage clients’ account and monitor business performance
- Handle client enquiries via face to face meeting, phone and email
- Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve clients’ business goals via digital campaigns
- Manage local/ global campaign for corporate clients
- Prepare and present strategies to clients
- Compile reports and coordinate with internal & external parties for project implementation
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management, preferably in marketing agency
- Proven successful client account servicing track record
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent with strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
- Good at planning and multi-tasking to meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
