Our client is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency that bridges brands and influencers for mutual business growth. They aim to invert the media landscape by helping businesses achieve their marketing goals and grow their online presence through digital channels. Their expertise includes content strategy, social commerce, revenue generation, personal IP and more! They are currently looking for an Account Manager and a Business Development Manager to join their fast-growing business.


Your new role

As an Account/Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for...

  • Developing and implementing a business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Developing and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and expertise.
  • Collaborating with our marketing and delivery teams to ensure that our services are meeting the needs of our clients and delivering value.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media, Advertising, Marketing or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media and online sales (Candidates with less experience are also welcome!)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven knowledge of social media and influencer landscape, digital marketing and integrated digital campaigns
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
