Your new role

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Fresh graduate will also be considered!
• Preferably 1-2 years' experience in customer service especially in E-Commerce/ Luxury Retail/ Luxury Lifestyle/ FMCG
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Client Service Officer/ Team Leader
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Handle complex client situations and resolve them to the satisfaction of client and company
• Independent and can work under pressure
• Enjoy discovery and taking on a diverse set of tasks and challenges
