One of the well-known Hong Kong listed medical device distribution / trading company with a wide ranges of coverage in different medical device products and focus on OT/ ICU, OTC, NGO & Elder care as well as Infection Control. Upon their 2023 business expansion, they are looking for an experienced product specialist in helping to leverage their business.

Your new role

• Ensure sales team is equipped with the necessary technical expertise to
• enable them to sell the product and has access to promotional materials,
• product training, and relevant clinical papers
• Proactively organize provide scheduled customer visit propose user training to customers
• Responsible for effective pre sale demonstration
• Support post sale user training, ensuring utilization maximization of
• features of equipment
• Support FSS Team in product demo and training
• Build sustainable partnership with KOL; Stay abreast with KOLs of market
• activities and trend market and product activities maintain and manage KOL database
• Manage product launch with principals and FSS team lead into new existing markets feedback to principal on market response for products
• Manage and coordinate the product planning and execution of the entire product lifecycle for assigned products product category
• Collabor ate with FSS and marketing on product definition, positioning and roadmaps benchmarking against major brand competitor
• Study and monitor market conditions for sound and timely purchase decision and short to medium term planning
• Identify the unique value proposition and differentiators of the organisation and compare against other players in the market
• Assess, quantify and qualify existing and potential markets and/or segments
• Event and Workshop management

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years relevant experience in commercial sector role
• Ability to develop effective and competitive sales strategies
• Good experience and knowledge in medical equipment and consumables in Healthcare Industry
• candidate with clinical background will be consider
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP system; knowledge in CRM is preferable
