What you'll need to succeed

• Responsible for HR duties and mainly focus recruitment and selection, manpower deployment and end-to-end employee life cycle
• Good understanding / experience to search & hire retail specialist from Hong Kong, Singapore & Mainland China market preferred;
  • Closely working with recruitment agencies, vendors and others medium for coping with business expansion and recruitment needs and business units manpower development
• Explore new recruitment channel and manage all talent sourcing channel, such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Referral Agency, Campus Requirement and other active searching channel;
• Prepare HR reports for management review

What you'll get in return

• University Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
• 5+ years working experience for recruitment related experience
• Good and positive working attitude, organised and attentive to details
• Retail background is preferred but not necessary
