China's movement from textile manufacturing to high-end manufacturing, in addition to large-scale industrial investment, has created a need for candidates with industrial experience. Those with mechanical and electrical experience, and EPCM Project Managers, are in most demand at present.
Candidates with technical skills are also sought by employers seeking the skills necessary to execute projects. Localisation is an increasing trend.
