Our client is an international private equity and investment company focusing on high-value investment across the globe within a diverse range of industries such as retail, media, energy and real estate. With their new office location, they are urgently seeking for an experienced Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their team.
The candidate will be responsible for the reception area and handle all receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, picking up calls, arranging room bookings, ordering lunches and stationeries. In addition, you will also provide administrative support to the team including travel arrangement, process claim forms, handle correspondences and other ad hoc tasks.
To qualify for the role, the candidate must have good work experience within international financial industry such as an asset management or private equity company. You must also have strong language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Competency in MS applications will also be value-added.
