A hard-working and organised HR coordinator who has experience working in a varied role for an ASX 100 listed organisation. One of the areas they looked after in this role was the design and creation of learning & development activities including mentoring programs and running various training sessions.
They have also assisted with performance management including some grievances and assisted with performance development plans and performance improvement plans. They have strong technical skills and undertook a lot of work on the HRIS system (SAP) including creating organisational structures, creating personnel records and providing weekly and monthly reports.
They were highly articulate in interview, with a clear dedication to developing within HR and would be an excellent addition to their next organisation.
